Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden die sechs Resilienz-Faktoren vorgestellt, die die Autorinnen nach Sichtung der Evidenzlage und Bündelung der Faktoren gewählt haben. Dabei haben sie ihre praktischen Erfahrungen sowie des Vorhandenseins evidenzbasierter Techniken zur Steigerung der jeweiligen Faktoren berücksichtigt. Auf diese sechs Faktoren werden sich die Strategien zur Resilienzförderung beziehen. Dabei gibt es Überschneidungen zwischen den einzelnen Faktoren und keine eindeutige Evidenz, was ausführlich diskutiert wird. Die sechs Faktoren werden überblickshaft vorgestellt und das integrative Modell der Selbstregulationsfähigkeit als übergeordneter Faktor eingeführt.
