Therapiestrategien in der Schlaganfallnachsorge

Zusammenfassung

In Deutschland fehlen einheitliche Standards für Nachsorgemaßnahmen bei Schlaganfallpatienten. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, den aktuellen Forschungsstand hinsichtlich der Inhalte und Wirksamkeit bewegungs-/physio- und ergotherapeutischer Nachsorgemaßnahmen und deren geeignete Dosis (Intensität, Dauer, Häufigkeit) zusammenzufassen. Bewegungstherapeutische Maßnahmen (u. a. Physiotherapie, Kraft-, Ausdauer-, Gangtraining) zeigen gute Ergebnisse hinsichtlich der Verbesserung körperlicher Funktionen (muskuläre-, kardiopulmonale Leistungsfähigkeit, motorische Funktion), die sich besonders günstig auf die Gehfähigkeit, Mobilität und Alltagsfunktion der Schlaganfallpatienten auswirken. Ergotherapie zeigt ebenfalls eine gute Wirksamkeit, besonders wenn es um die Wiederherstellung der Alltagsfähigkeit und die Wiederaufnahme von sozialen und freizeitbezogenen Aktivitäten geht. Weitere Untersuchungen sind nötig, um die spezifischen Wirkmechanismen der einzelnen Therapiestrategien und deren geeignete Dosis klarer zu differenzieren und somit eine gezielte Verordnung zu erleichtern.
